New experience

During these holidays, I have done a lot of things, and one of these things has been driving in a car, first time ever!
It all started when I told my dad if he could let me drive around, so he said; yeah why not? So he took me to a dirt road where the was no cars, perfect to learn some driving. I have to say I had no idea how to drive, so just getting in the car I nearly crashed twice!
My dad was so scared because I wasn’t going slowly, I had already started of quickly and he started saying to me to go slower, so I did, it was boring!
Anyway, he taught me how to change gear, to put de clutch down when I’m stopping, to never take my hands of the steering wheel, how to reverse and not kill anyone while I’m doing it!

It took me time to actually get used to it, everything is just so delicate, I thought I just had to put the foot down hard and that it would just go with no problem, anyway that was a good experience for me and my dad thought that he was going to die in that car…

I wasn’t really that bad, I was quite good, he just likes to make a big deal out of everything!
I want to ask him if he wants to drive with me again… I don’t think he really wants to now!
